06/04/2019 MINUTES 5 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />At 10:09 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No action <br />was taken. <br /> <br />At 10:09 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back into <br />an Executive Session for 5 minutes to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, <br />or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or <br />potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a <br />member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a <br />party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to <br />result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. <br />Possible action anticipated. Commissioner Osiadacz entered into the <br />Executive Session at 10:12 a.m. <br /> <br />At 10:14 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No action <br />was taken. <br /> <br />At 10:14 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back into <br />an Executive Session for 5 minutes to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, <br />or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or <br />potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a <br />member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a <br />party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to <br />result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. <br />Possible action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:19 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. The Board <br />provided direction to the Prosecutors office to prepare supportive <br />documentation for Becky Sherley. <br /> <br />At 10:20 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session for 10 minutes with Mark Cook, Public Works <br />Director/Interim Engineer, to consider the minimum price at which real <br />estate will be offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding <br />such consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price. However, <br />final action selling or leasing public property shall be taken in a <br />meeting open to the public. Possible action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:30 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. The Board <br />gave Staff Direction to place the topic on the next Public Works Study <br />Session (June 10, 2019). ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:31 a.m. <br />
