COMMISSIONERS’ MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />HR STUDY SESSION <br />disclosure requests. Undersheriff Myers would like to acknowledge that work with special <br />compensation. Director Young explained that the current policy does not allow for compensation for <br />work of a lower classification. Commissioner Osiadacz commented that this type of extra work happens <br />all over the county on a regular basis, and did not support an exception to policy. Commissioner Wright <br />agreed. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION – PERFORMANCE OF A PUBLIC EMPLOYEE <br />The Board entered executive session to discuss the performance of a public employee at 10:21 AM with <br />an anticipated length of five minutes; anticipated action: none. CDS Director Carlson was present to <br />discuss the issue with the Board. The Board exited executive session at 10:26 AM. No action taken. <br />The Board entered executive session at 10:26 AM with anticipated length of 50 minutes to discuss <br />another employee issue; anticipated action: none.
