JUNE 26, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith. Excused: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste Director/Project Manager and Neil Caulkins, Deputy <br />Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING UTILITY EASEMENT SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting to consider <br />Chair’s signature on a Non-Exclusive Utility Easement. <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager presented the <br />Board with a Non-Exclusive Utility Easement for a Boundary Line <br />Adjustment between Kittitas County and the City of Ellensburg for <br />Chair Signature. <br /> <br />EASEMENT NON-EXCLUSIVE UTILITY SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Chair’s <br />signature on a Non-Exclusive Utility Easement between Kittitas <br />County and the City of Ellensburg, noting that Staff would work with <br />the City to get the document recorded and return a fully executed <br />copy to the Board of County Commissioners. Chairman Wright seconded. <br />Motion Carried 2-0. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />At 9:06 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes to <br />consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate <br />by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such <br />consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. No action <br />was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:21 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />At 9:21 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the selection of a <br />site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when
