Amount Payable: $294,373
Completion Date: 12/31/19
The general provisions and clauses of Local Agency Agreement Number KCPW2017-
19ENV1 shall be in full force and effect for this Task Order Amendment.
Location of Project: Kittitas County, Ellensburg
Project Title: Fairview Road Culvert Replacement — Amendment 02: Hydraulic Final Design and
Project Redesigns per Landowner Concerns
Scope of Work: This Task Order Amendment is being provided to Kittitas County (COUNTY) at their
request. The original scope of work for Hydraulics included only a 60% design package, with the
completion the responsibility of the COUNTY. A lack of COUNTY forces now requires Jacobs to
complete full hydraulic design.
In addition, a change in access demanded by the property owner during the final phase of design requires
project redesign. Changes will include removing planned access road, designing a new water -crossing
bridge, associated roadway geometric and hydraulic changes, and providing forward -compatible irrigation
infrastructure through the new roadway.
A summary of amended tasks follows
• Amend Task 2 (Agency Coordination) to provide additional budget to cover multiple additional
meetings with property owners, KCCD, and WDFW.
