Deliverables: <br />a. JARPA package amendment, with maps and plans, in support of the HPA. <br />Task 06 - Structural Engineering <br />No changes to the previous Task Order. <br />Task 07 - Right of Way <br />No changes to the original Task Order. <br />Task 08 - Civil, Plans, and MOT Assistance <br />Task 08 is amended as follows: <br />1. Roadway Design Services <br />a. Remove landowner access road from design file and plans. <br />b. Develop full designs for new landowner access bridge. Coordinate with COUNTY and <br />subconsultant team to incorporate changed Right of Way, and Hydraulic design elements <br />into the new Project Design File. <br />c. Revise existing and proposed geometrics, design elements, design variances, design <br />decisions, drainage design, based on the new project design. <br />d. Update Project Design File. <br />e. Incorporate irrigation infrastructure into the roadway plan set and specials. <br />f. Revise PS&E to include multiple design changes. <br />g. Updated construction cost for advertisement. <br />2. Deliverables: <br />a. Draft and Final Basis of Design Memo <br />b. 30% Plan Set <br />c. 60% Progress set of Plans, Specifications, and Estimate <br />d. 90% Design Plans (11x17 PDF and CAD files) <br />e. Special Provisions for Roadway Elements <br />f Compiled 90% PS&E Set <br />g. 100% Design Plans (11x17 PDF and CAD files) <br />h. Compiled 100% PS&E Set for Roadway <br />i. Compiled plan set for COUNTY forces work. <br />j. List of Bid Items and Quantities with backup calculations <br />k. Probable construction cost for advertisement <br />
