LODGING TAX SERVICES AGREEMENT AMENDMENT <br />BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND THE CITY OF CLE ELUM <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County ("County"), a subdivision of the state of Washington, and the City <br />of Cle Elum ("Contractor"), a Washington Municipal corporation, (collectively, the "Parties") entered <br />into an agreement dated January 2, 2019 for construction of a horse park using lodging tax funds, <br />WHEREAS, the Parties to said agreement mutually desire to amend it, <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and conditions contained herein, or <br />attached and incorporated and made a part hereof, the County and the Contractor mutually agree <br />to amend section 2(b) of said agreement as follows with all other terms and conditions remaining in <br />full force and effect: <br />Section 2. Payment. <br />b. Additional payment terms: The County will make payment to the Contractor only upon <br />receipt of bills from the Contractor, representing the Contractor has reviewed and approved <br />expenditures by the Washington State Horse Park, which were initially submitted to the <br />Contractor.
