<br />07/16/2019 MINUTES 3 <br /> <br /> <br />Jeremy Johnston, Staff Planner reviewed a Staff Report and stated that <br />on November 16, 2010, the Board of County Commissioners approved the <br />Dunford PUD for a phased development of 65 residential units on 345.69 <br />acres through Ordinance 2010-013. The Dunford PUD included a Rezone and <br />Large Lot Applications (RZ-17-00008 and LL-08-00002) which were <br />processed and approved concurrently. He stated that this final <br />Development Plan consists of a total of 65 single family residential <br />units located east of the City of Cle Elum off State Highway 97 at the <br />north intersection of Bettas Road, Cle Elum, WA, (Assessor’s map numbers <br />19-17-03000-0002 and a portion of 20-17-34000-0006 and 201-17-34000- <br />0002). He reviewed the steps the developer will need to do moving <br />forward per County Code and stated that Staff’s recommendation after <br />reviewing the final development plan, finds that the conditions imposed <br />by Resolution 2010-013 have either been met or are on-going conditions <br />to be met prior to Final Plat approval. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve the Dunford PUD Final <br />Development Plan (RZ-07-00008 & LL-08-00002), and direct Staff to <br />prepare enabling documents. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Commissioner <br />Osiadacz stated that the conditions have been met and County Code states <br />we “shall” approve since they are vested applications and have to do <br />what was in Code at the time they began the process. Chairman Wright <br />stated that the matrix provided reflects items as satisfied.
