08/06/2019 MINUTES 4 <br /> <br /> <br />AGREEMENT CENTRAL PAVING, LLC SOLID WASTE <br />Approve a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and <br />Central Paving, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $38,663.10 for the <br />paving project of the parking lot north of the Solid Waste Office. <br /> AGREEMENT WISE PUBLIC HEALTH <br />Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Service Agreement between <br />WISE and Kittitas County in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00 for <br />Consulting, Webinar, and Third Party Brokering Services between May 1, <br />2019 and June 30, 2020. <br /> CONTRACT DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH PUBLIC HEALTH <br />Approve Amendment No. 9 to Contract Number CLH18249 between the <br />Department of Health and the Kittitas County Public Health Department, <br />increasing the amount by $11,829.00 for a revised maximum consideration <br />of $347,483.00. <br /> AGREEMENT CENTRAL WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY PUBLIC HEALTH <br />Approve a Standard Agreement between Central Washington University and <br />the Kittitas County Public Health Department, in an amount not to exceed <br />$30,000.00 to conduct quarterly food service inspections and training on <br />the CWU Ellensburg Campus, beginning July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022. <br /> AGREEMENT MUTUAL AID – KITTCOM CALL COVERAGE SHERIFF <br />Approve a Mutual Aid Agreement between KITTCOM and Kittitas County for <br />call coverage for KITTCOM due to the critical staffing shortage and <br />provide necessary “third position” coverage. <br /> CONTRACT BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT SHERIFF <br />Approve the 2019 Contract and Statement of Work between the Bureau of <br />Land Management and the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office, in the amount <br />of $25,000.00 to provide Law Enforcement services as needed on public <br />lands, through September 30, 2019. <br /> RESOLUTION 2019-125 WA ASSOCIATION OF SHERIFFS & POLICE CHIEFS SHERIFF <br />Approve Resolution No. 2019-125, Resolution Accepting Funding for a <br />Grant Pursuant to State Funding that was Allocated to Local Law <br />Enforcement to Verify Addresses and Residency of all Registered Sex <br />Offenders and Kidnapping Offenders Under RCW 9A.44.130. <br />
