09/04/2019 MINUTES 2 <br />County could do some trials. She commented that a Comprehensive <br />Feasibility Study on traffic calming methods and street <br />modifications that curb speeding, encourage responsible driving and <br />promote people friendly streets, as well as reduce the need for <br />police enforcement and reduce the volume of cut through traffic. <br /> <br />Ms. Millsap requested the Board attend a town hall meeting with the <br />UCTTF in January for them to present Road updates. She stated that <br />by having them in attendance to show support would be beneficial and <br />allow them to hear stories from folks who are impacted. <br /> <br />Staff was directed to set a follow up meeting for October and also <br />look into the application that came in for Encompass/Theo Leonard. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned 10:50 a.m. <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Cory Wright, Chairman <br />
