AGREEMENT COMMUNITY HEALTH OF CENTRAL WASHINGTON SHERIFF Approve a Professional Services Agreement between the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and Community Health of Central Washington to provide Substance Use Disorder treatment for person(s) incarcerated at the Kittitas County Corrections Center. PURCHASE AXON ENTERPRISE, INC. SHERIFF Acknowledge the Purchase of Nine X2 Taser Units for the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office, from Axon Enterprise, Inc. RESOLUTION 2019-137 CITY OF FEDERAL WAY SHERIFF Approve Resolution No. 2019-137, Authorizing an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Federal Way, Washington and Kittitas County for the Housing of Inmates from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020, and renewing by its own terms thereafter. RESOLUTION 2019-138 DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY SHERIFF Approve Resolution No. 2019-138, Authorizing a License between the Department of the Army, Yakima Training Center Military Installation; and Yakima and Kittitas Counties, for a one year term beginning August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020. LEASE KITTITAS RECLAMATION DISTRICT PUBLIC WORKS Approve a Lease Agreement between Kittitas County and the Kittitas Reclamation District, for the Lookout Mountain Communications Building, from August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2044. RESOLUTION 2019-139 CRYSTAL CREEK PUBLIC WORKS Approve Resolution No. 2019-139, Awarding the Hydrology and Hydraulic Modeling Services for Creating a Two Dimensional Flow Model for Crystal Creek to Watershed Science and Engineering and to Authorize the Public Works Director to Negotiate a Scope of Work and Fee for Said Project.
