The plat covers approximately 41.3 acres off of <br />Swiftwater Drive, Cle Elum, WA 98922. <br />The applicant submitted a final plat application on July 25, 2019, requesting final <br />mylar approval for the Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 5 Plat. This plat encompasses parcel <br />numbers 960536, 960518, and 960537 to create 64 lots varying in size from 0.37 <br />acres to 0.57 acres. Staff has reviewed the final mylar with supporting <br />documentation and finds that it is consistent with the preliminary approval <br />documents.
