09/17/2019 MINUTES 4 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2019-145 CENTURY WEST ENGINEERING PUBLIC WORKS <br />Approve Resolution No. 2019-145, Awarding General Planning Engineering <br />Services for the Bowers Field to Century West Engineering and to <br />Authorize the Public Works Director to Sign the Professional Services <br />Agreement. <br /> REQUEST TO APPROVE A RESOLUTION TO AWARD THE DISTRESSED COUNTY SALES AND USE TAX FUNDING FOR 2020 AND RE-OPEN A SECOND ROUND OF APPLICATION SUBMITTALS FOR CONSIDERATION – ITEM MOVED TO BOARD DISCUSSION & DECISION <br /> CORRESPONDENCE - NONE CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS – NONE BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS CLOSED RECORD HEARING VANTAGE BAY PUD REZONE CDS <br />Chelsea Benner, Staff Planner provided a Staff Report for the Vantage <br />Bay PUD Rezone Final Development Plan (RZ-06-00025), a revised proposal <br />reducing the number of residential lots to 144, and adding a clubhouse <br />to be developed as Phase 1; adding a 40 Unit Hotel; Restaurant; Winery, <br />and Vineyard to be developed as Phase 2, located south of the Vantage <br />Bridge, in Section 20, Township 17 North, Range 23, WM, Kittitas County, <br />WA. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve the Vantage Bay PUD Rezone Final <br />Development Plan (RZ-06-00025) and direct Staff to prepare enabling <br />documents. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> RESOLUTION DISTRESSED SALES & USE TAX FUNDING PUBLIC WORKS <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to accept the Conference of Governments <br />(COG) recommendations to fund the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce – <br />Finance of Personnel in the amount of $92,000.00 and the Kittitas <br />Business Development Authority dba CenterFuse – Finance of Personnel in <br />the amount of $60,000.00; and to authorize Staff to go out for a second <br />round of applications for the remaining funds. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. MISCELLANEOUS - NONE EXECUTIVE SESSION – NONE ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:31 a.m.
