09/30/2019 MINUTES 1 <br /> <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br /> <br />MONDAY 2:30 P.M. SEPTEMBER 30, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner, Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Mark Cook, <br />Public Works Director/Interim County Engineer. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 2:32 p.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes to <br />consider the minimum price at which real estate will be offered for <br />sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration <br />would cause a likelihood of decreased price. However, final action <br />selling or leasing public property shall be taken in a meeting open <br />to the public. Possible action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 2:47 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 2:47 p.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the minimum price <br />at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when public <br />knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of <br />decreased price. However, final action selling or leasing public <br />property shall be taken in a meeting open to the public. Possible <br />action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 2:52 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 2:52 p.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the minimum price <br />at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when public <br />knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of <br />decreased price. However, final action selling or leasing public <br />property shall be taken in a meeting open to the public. Possible <br />action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 2:57 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. <br />Direction was given to Staff to continue discussing a lease with <br />EBDA.
