OCTOBER 21, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, <br />Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Tristen Lamb, Public Health <br />Administrator; Erin Moore, WRP Coordinator; Mark Cook, Public Works <br />Director/Interim County Engineer. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Erin Moore, WRP Coordinator presented the Board with the Second <br />Amendment to the Option Agreement for Package B Mitigation <br />Certificates (Schnebly). She gave a brief history of the Schnebly’s <br />project. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT 2ND AMENDMENT – SCHNEBLY PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve & authorize Chair signature <br />on the Second Amendment to Option Agreement for Package B Mitigation <br />Certificates (Schnebly), as presented. Commissioner Osiadacz <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 10:19 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into <br />an Executive Session, with Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim <br />County Engineer for 10 minutes to consider the minimum price at <br />which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when public <br />knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of <br />decreased price. However, final action selling or leasing public <br />property shall be taken in a meeting open to the public. Possible <br />action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:29 a.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 10:29 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back <br />into an Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the minimum <br />price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when <br />public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of decreased price.
