BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019 - 161 <br />AUTHORIZING CHAIR SIGNATURE ON SUPPLEMENT NO.3 TO TASK ORDER <br />NO. 16 WITH KPFF FOR BIG BOULDER CREEK BRIDGE REPLACEMENT <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners (Board) did authorize the <br />Big Boulder Bridge Replacement with KPFF on 10/20/2018 (Resolution 2018- <br />160); and <br />WHEREAS: The Board supplemented the KPFF task order with two supplements to the <br />original Task Order No. 16 (Resolutions 2018-203 and 2019-099); and <br />WHEREAS: No contractors elected to bid the KPFF permanent bridge replacement design; and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works has negotiated a revised final design that several contractors have <br />noticed their willingness to bid; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby supplement KPFF Task Order No. 16 for $20,000.00 for a <br />final Task Order cost of. $248,000.00. <br />DATED this 12th day of November, 2019, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />k7�De ty Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />tt, : , <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />
