11/04/2019 MINUTES 2 <br />LETTER BOARD SIGNATURE COMMISSIONERS <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve Board signature on a Letter <br />to Department Heads/ Elected Officials regarding Board direction on <br />meeting materials being uploaded 24 hours in advance. Commissioner <br />Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. Commissioner Wachsmith will <br />follow-up with Jim Goben, IT Director to make changes to the CAMAS <br />process. <br /> LETTER BOARD SIGNATURE COMMISSIONERS <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve Board Signature on a letter <br />to Michelle Capp, USFS regarding Developing Road Connections from <br />DOT Creek to Neely Creek and from Grouse Springs to Liberty Beehive. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
