Staff was <br />directed to engage an Investigator. <br /> <br />At 10:52 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess back into <br />Executive Session for 15 minutes with Mark Cook, Public Works <br />Director/Interim Engineer, Peter Dykstra, Special Deputy Prosecutor, <br />Erin Moore, WRP Coordinator, Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor, Arden <br />Thomas, WRP Manager to consider the selection of a site or the <br />acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge <br />regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of increased <br />price. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:07 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
