9. The invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision of this Agreement shall not affect <br />other provisions hereof and this Agreement shall be construed in all respects as if such invalid or <br />unenforceable provisions where omitted. <br />10. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties named herein as the <br />SELLER and COUNTY and, except as heretofore provided, to their respective successors, <br />assigns, heirs, executors, legal representatives and administrators. <br />11. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but <br />all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. <br />12.
