Inspiring action: <br />CaRRecyde's GreenVantage Program <br />Addendum to Kittitas County Solid Waste Agreement <br />This document is in reference to the GreenVantage agreement dated 4/5/2015, between Ca11211ecycle, <br />Inc., and Kittitas County Solid Waste. <br />Overview: Call2Recycle's GreenVantage Plus battery recycling offering provides an incentive to help <br />municipalities offset the handling and operating costs of collecting rechargeable batteries, while primary <br />batteries are accepted at a cost. <br />The undersigned parties hereby agree to accept the following GreenVantage Plus modifications that are <br />outlined below. This reimbursement structure supersedes the previous schedule included in the original <br />stated GreenVantage agreement. <br />Coverage: Call2Recycle will offset costs associated with the collection of rechargeable batteries, while <br />Kittitas County Solid Waste pays Call2Recycle for the services outlined below. Includes transportation, <br />sorting, processing, and containerization. <br />Battery Recycling Rates: <br />Battery Recycling Rates <br />Alkaline <br />Lithium <br />IRechargeable <br />Includes recycling, sorting, handling and freight fees for shipments <br />less than 5K lbs. <br />$0.70 <br />$4.05 <br />No Cost <br />Under its fee-based program, Call2Recycle also offers a complete range of battery protection, storage, <br />shipping and recycling services and solutions, including fire suppression pillows and blankets, hazardous <br />material drums, damaged/defective/recalled lithium -based battery kits, using Cellblock'rm Technology. <br />Kittitas County qualifies for a 10% discount off list prices for these services, which will be automatically <br />applied to each invoice. <br />Reimbursement Structure: <br />Rebates & Incentives <br />Rechargeable offset (to help offset labor, containers and program administration) $0.40 / Ib. <br />Applies to bulk shipments only <br />Recycling incentive - Increase total battery collections (primary & rechargeable) 1% - 5% Increase $0.05 / Ib. <br />annually and receive bonus rebate on rechargeable batteries collected. Incentive 6% - 10% Increase $0.10 / Ib. <br />paid annually in January. Incentive applies to both box and bulk shipments. I >10% Increase $0.15 / Ib. <br />Payment Terms: <br />Call2Recycle will invoice Kittitas County Solid Waste on a monthly basis, within two weeks of the end of <br />each month, and Kittitas County Solid Waste shall pay invoices within thirty calendar days. Should Kittitas <br />County Solid Waste dispute any charge or rebate on the invoice by Call2Recycle, it shall promptly notify <br />Call2Recycle and the parties shall try to reach a resolution of the dispute.
