This <br />suggests that PW is well served to begin planning for wetland mitigation immediately. <br />Given the timeline associated with wetland bank creation, PW desires pushing the <br />construction of the parallel taxiway back to 2024. Any delay of the approved ACIP has <br />associated funding risk. Associated with the recognition that ACIP delay is inevitable, <br />given wetland and floodplain issues, reconfiguration of runway 11129 delay is likely to <br />2025. The FAA is just now beginning the planning cycle for 2025 airport improvements. <br />This early planning action supports delay of 11/29 reconfiguration. The process of ACIP <br />delay and associated funding implications is complex. There is a potential that <br />supplemental county funding may be required to keep ACIP implementation on schedule. <br />FISCAL LVTACTS: <br />Known impacts to finalizing the EA are defined and FAA is responding with additional <br />funding.
