12/03/2019 MINUTES 5 <br /> <br /> <br />December 31, 2024. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE – NONE ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS – NONE BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS RESOLUTION 2019-180 AWARD BID – WATER TRUCK EVENT CENTER <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve Resolution No. 2019-180, <br />Awarding a Bid to Purchase a Water Truck for the Kittitas Valley Event <br />Center, to L&M Truck Sales, Inc. in the amount of $76,622.25 including <br />tax. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. MISCELLANEOUS - NONE EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />At 10:20 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session for 10 minutes with Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor <br />to evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public employment or <br />to review the performance of a public employee. However, subject to RCW <br />42.30.140 (4), discussion by a governing body of salaries, wages, and <br />other conditions of employment to be generally applied within the agency <br />shall occur in a meeting open to the public, and when a governing body <br />elects to take final action hiring, setting the salary of an individual <br />employee or class of employees, or discharging or disciplining an <br />employee, that action shall be taken in a meeting open to the public. <br />Action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:30 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
