No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:57 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. AGREEMENT PLAUCHE & CARR PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and sign an Extension of <br />Professional Services Agreement with Plauche and Carr LLP and Bill <br />Clarke Attorney at Law, as presented. Chairman Wright seconded. <br />During discussion Commissioner Osiadacz asked Mr. Zempel if the <br />Prosecutor’s Office supported this agreement. Mr. Zempel signed the <br />agreement. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />The Board directed Staff to work with Plauche and Carr to start a <br />conversation around transitioning this service to in-house. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br />Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim Engineer updated the Board <br />on the FBO scenario at the Airport.
