KVEC2020-01 with the intent to award a partnership agreement to a <br />qualified radio station for the purpose of professionally and efficiently marketing and advertising <br />the concert on July 4, 2020 during the Patriot Night Under the Lights event. KVEC reserves the <br />right to include in their analysis of r spansible proposals, the past and/or anticipated performance <br />of either the proposer or the produ h iing proposed. <br />KVEC conducts its procurements to maxi'} rpr etition and provide all potential partners <br />with an opportunity to compete fairly. All Contac*and correspondence with the Kittitas Valley <br />Event Center after the Request for Proposals is opened, must be exclusively through a designated <br />Contact Person, and no one else. <br />The designated contact for this procurement is Kady Porterfield, Event Center Director at <br />(509)962-7675 or email: kady.porterfield@co.kittitas.wa.us. Questions must be submitted by <br />email at the email address listed above. <br />Proposers, their agents, and representatives are directed not to contact or lobby other staff <br />members, management or members of the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County <br />regarding this RFP. <br />SUBMITTAL DEADLINE DATES <br />All Proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on January 31, 2020. Proposals may be <br />submitted by email to the designated contact person or by mail or delivery service and addressed <br />to the `Location' outlined above. <br />
