01/07/2020 MINUTES 3 12/31/2019 Plauche & Carr Discussion 12/31/2019 Amend 2019 Budget AGREEMENT HOPESOURCE – HOMELESS HOUSING GRANT COMMISSIONERS Approve a Homeless Housing Program Grant Agreement between Kittitas County and HopeSource, in the amount of $128,555.05, plus a 3% increase annually to account for anticipated Cost of Living Adjustments each year, for the Senior Support and Advocacy Program, beginning January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2024. RESOLUTION 2020-002 2020 HOTEL/MOTEL TAX FUND GRANTS COMMISSIONERS Approve Resolution No. 2020-002, Adopting the Distribution of the 2020 Hotel/Motel Tax Fund Grants, Allocating $154,136.12 to be used for Special Events and Projects. CONTRACT KITTITAS COUNTY HEALTH NETWORK PUBLIC HEALTH Approve a Grant Administration Contract between Kittitas County Health Network and the Kittitas County Public Health Department, in the amount of $123,000.00 to provide services for Kittitas County Opiod Use Disorder Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Project, from September 1, 2019 through August 31, 2022. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE SOLID WASTE Approve a Request for Proposals for the Operation of Two Solid Waste Transfer Stations; the Hauling and Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW); the Hauling of Inert, Demolition, Debris Waste (IDDW); and the Hauling, Processing, and Marketing of Recyclable Materials, to be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on March 17, 2020 at the Kittitas County Solid Waste Office located at 925 Industrial Way, Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. RESOLUTION 2020-003 ANNEX 95.70 ACRES – FIRE DIST. 2 PROSECUTOR Approve Resolution No. 2020-003, An Amended Resolution to Annex Approximately 95.70 Acres of Land into Kittitas County Fire District No. 2, in the Umptanum Road Area. RESOLUTION 2020-004 AMENDING TRAVEL POLICY AUDITOR Approve Resolution No. 2020-004, Amending Kittitas County’s Travel Policy, effective January 1, 2020.
