Thisaddendumisenteredintothis_dayof,2020.WhereasKittitasCounty,apoliticalsubdivisionoftheStateofWashingtonand(collectivelyreferredtohereinas'parties')enteredintoapurchaseandsaleagreementforcertainrealpropertylocatedinKittitasCounty,Washingtonon(date);andWhereassaidpurchaseandsaleagreementcontemplatedaclosingdateofDecember31,2019;andWhereasthepartiesdesiretocontinuewiththesalecontemplatedintheabove-describedagreementeventhoughtheclosingdatehaspassed.Nowthereforinconsiderationoftheaboveandamonthlyadditionalchargeof$2,500untiltheactualclosing,thesufficiencyofsuchconsiderationisherebyaffirmed,thepartiesherebyamendtheabove-mentionedPurchaseandSaleagreementtochangetheclosingdatetoMarch31,2020.Allotherprovisionsofwhichshallremaininfullforceandeffect.Donethisdayof2020.SellerChairmanoftheKittitasCountyBoardofCommissioners
