Kittitas County reserves the <br />right to access, audit, and inspect the devices and systems and all information viewed or stored <br />on them. <br />13.4.11.1 No expectation of privacy <br />Employee shall have no expectation of privacy for materials viewed or stored on county-owned <br />devices, systems, computers, or servers. <br />13.4.12 Device support <br />KCIT will help you with your county-owned mobile device during normal business hours. We <br />will help you: <br />1. Select and purchase an Android or Apple device <br />2. Secure the device and set your password <br />3. Install approved software <br />4. Connect to the network and KC email <br />We recommend Android devices. <br />Because of the variety of devices, we will not be able to provide you training on how to use the <br />device; you will need to search Google or contact the manufacturer or vendor for operating <br />instructions. <br />13.5 Responsibilities <br />13.5.1 DH/EO/designee <br />Department Heads, Elected Officials, and their Designees: <br />1. Ensure your staff is aware of and complies with these policies.
