Attachment E <br />Certification of Intent to Enter the <br />Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification Process <br />CERTIFICATION PERFORMANCE MEASURE. <br />The GRANTEE, by its signature, certifies that it will enter into the Leadership in Energy and <br />Environmental Design certification process, as stipulated in RCW 39.35D, as applicable to the Project <br />funded by this contract. The GRANTEE shall, upon receipt of LEED certification by the United States <br />Green Building Council, provide documentation of such certification to COMMERCE. <br />The GRANTEE, by its signature, certifies that the declaration set forth above has been reviewed and <br />approved by the GRANTEE's governing body or board of directors, as applicable, as of the date and year <br />written below. <br />I9L'1I:4 <br />
