Attachment A <br />Scope of Work <br />These funds will be used for site preparation at the Kittitas Valley Event Center located at 901 E. 7th Ave. <br />in Ellensburg. This includes but is not limited to engineering, demolition of an existing building, and <br />installation of underground utilities for the future addition to the Bloom Pavilion. <br />The Kittitas Valley Event Center serves the public and citizens of Kittitas County by providing a unique <br />space for community events. <br />This estimated date of completion is December 2020. <br />All project work completed with prior legislative approval. The "Copyright Provisions", Section 12 of the <br />General Terms and Conditions, are not intended to apply to any architectural and engineering design <br />work funded by this grant. <br />CERTIFICATION PERFORMANCE MEASURE <br />The GRANTEE, by its signature, certifies that the declaration set forth above has been reviewed and <br />approved by the GRANTEE's governing body as of the date and year written below. <br />GRANTEE <br />TITLE <br />DATE <br />
