Anticipated action: none. At 10:50 AM the Board extended <br />executive session by 10 minutes. The Board recessed the executive session at 11:00 AM due to a <br />scheduling conflict. The Board resumed executive session at 11:39 AM with an anticipated length of 20 <br />minutes.
