BOARD OF COUNTY COYMUSSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />ICIJ <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AN AIRPORT USE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />KITTITAS COUNTY AND AIRPAC AIRLINES, INC. FOR AIR FREIGHT <br />DISTRIBUTION <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County received a request from AirPac Airlines, Inc. to perform <br />air freight delivery for United Parcel Service; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County and AirPac Airlines, Inc. have agreed to the terms in the <br />Airport Use Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS: Said Airport Use Agreement is valid for one year with the option for <br />annual renewal; and <br />NOW, 'FB ERFORE BE IT RESOLVED The Board of County Commissioners does <br />hereby in the best interest of the public, move to approve said Resolution to approve an <br />Airport Use Agreement for air freight distribution at Bowers Field. <br />ADOPTED this 24th day of February 2020, at Ellensburg, Washington <br />Deputy Clerk of the Board <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Brett Wachsmith, Chairman <br />Laura, Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman <br />Cory Wright, Commissioner <br />
