KITTITAS COUNTY AIRPORT <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />LEASE <br />THIS LEASE made and entered into this 1 st day of January, 2020 by and between Kittitas <br />County, a municipal corporation in the State of Washington, hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR, <br />and Ellensburg Pallets LLC, a Washington Corporation with a Washington, Secretary of State UBI <br />number of 603402078, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />The Lessor hereby agrees to lease to the Lessee, and the Lessee hereby agrees to lease from the <br />Lessor, the following described real property (hereinafter the "Property"): <br />See Exhibit `A" attached hereto, also described as: <br />The North 305.00 feet of Lot C-38 of that certain Record of Survey recorded in Book 42, Page 170, under <br />Auditor's File No. 202001150034, records of Kittitas County, Washington. <br />Containing 99,630 square feet. <br />Kittitas County reserves the right of access to the Southern portion of said Lot C-38 for Kittitas County and <br />any assigns by a 20' wide access, the centerline of which is described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot C-38, thence N88009151"E, 57.70 along the North line of said lot <br />to the true point of beginning of 20' wide strip; <br />Thence S05°12122"E, 156.65 feet; <br />Thence S3038114"E, 188.73 feet to the South line of lease area and terminus of 20' wide strip. <br />AND <br />Three (3) buildings upon Lot C-38 of the Kittitas County Amended Binding Site Plan described as (1) 800 <br />square foot Quonset and (1)168 square foot Cider Block Building. <br />This lease is made in accordance with Chapter 2.81 KCC. This lease is subject to the provisions of <br />Chapter 59.12 RCW as currently existing of hereafter amended. <br />1. <br />2020.
