TO) <br />NF L <br />K'� ^��, KITTZTAEi CO <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />t <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Formal Task Order Document <br />WATERSHED Science & Engineering <br />Task Order Number 7 <br />Amendment 2 <br />Maximum Amount Payable $64,980 Completion Date <br />12/31/2020 <br />The general provisions and clauses of Local Agency Agreement Number KCPW2017- <br />19E["2 shall be in full force and effect for this Task Order. <br />Location of Project: Kittitas County <br />Project Title: Reecer Creek FEMA Flood Hazard Analysis and Mapping <br />Amendment Summary: This amendment to Task Order No. 7 changes the Scope of Work and <br />increases the budget. <br />Description of Work added to Existing Scope of Work: FEMA is expected to issue a Letter of <br />Final Determination for Kittitas County county -wide map updates in April 2020. Those updated <br />maps will become effective six months later, in October 2020. WSE will update the Reecer <br />Creek LOMR study materials to tie into the updated FEMA mapping: WSE will acquire and <br />review updated FEMA modeling and mapping; update the Reecer Creek LOMR hydraulic model <br />to tie into updated FEMA models; and update Floodplain Workmaps and Annotated Flood <br />Insurance Rate Maps for the LOMR showing tie-ins to preliminary mapping. <br />Cost Estimate: $5,000 is added to the Maximum Amount Payable, increasing the current <br />maximum amount payable from $59,980 to $64,980. <br />Project Schedule: There is no change to the project schedule.
