MARCH 9, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the <br />Board I. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />vouchers & PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending March 6, 2020. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2020-034 EXTENSION OF COFFEE STAND RFP PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-034, A <br />Resolution to Authorize an Extension of a Coffee Stand Request for <br />Proposal (RFP). Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />APPOINT BRADLEY ESPARZA - HAHC COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to Appoint Mr. Bradley Esparza, for a <br />two-year term to the Kittitas County Homelessness & Affordable <br />Housing Committee, effective immediately noting that his term would <br />end 12/31/2021.
