SALES & USE TAX FUNDS PUBLIC WORKS <br />Approve Resolution No. 2020-041, Awarding the 2020 Distressed County <br />Sales and Use Tax Funds in the amount of $450,000.00 to the City of Cle <br />Elum; $151,375.00 for the City of Kittitas; $224,617.00 for the City of <br />Ellensburg; and $250,000.00 to the Snoqualmie Pass Utility District, as <br />Recommended by the Conference of Governments. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE – NONE ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS - NONE BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS RESOLUTION 2020-033 HOMELESSNESS & AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMISSIONERS <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-031, Amending <br />the language to include one member shall be from the City of Cle Elum, <br />City of South Cle Elum, or the City of Roslyn a member from or nominated <br />by the Cle Elum City Council, South Cle Elum City Council, or Roslyn <br />City Council. Chairman Wachsmith seconded. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright explained why he would be voting against the motion. <br />He said he thought there should be a formal understanding between the <br />three Upper County cities and an identified method of choosing a member. <br />Motion carried 2-1. Commissioner Wright opposed the motion.
