If Artist requires full or partial cash payment, Romeo Entertainment <br />Group must be notified in advance. <br />- The Artist / Producer may be subject to local, state, or federal income or similar taxes required by any governmental authority exercising control or taxing <br />authority over this event. <br />Artist / Producer must carry their own general liability insurance in order to perform at this event. <br />Purchaser / Venue requires a COI (Certificate of Insurance) for each Artist performing at the Event. <br />Indemnification of State Entities: Each party to this Agreement shall assume the risk of any liability arising from its own conduct.
