EXISTING EVENT PRODUCTION <br />WILL BE IN PLACE. <br />PER ADVANCE <br />POWER REQUIREMENTS <br />All electrical connections must meet NEC 2000 code. These connections must be made by a licensed <br />and bonded electrician. Production Manager reserves the right to verify all licenses, certificates, and <br />permits. <br />PURCHASER to provide an isolated feed for all audio services, separate from the lighting service. Artist <br />requires a 100 amp, 3 phase power feed from this isolated service. Ideally, this will terminate In "Camlock" <br />connections and will be utilized for Artist's equipment only. <br />All vendors and additional artist's will require separate feeds. <br />GENERATOR <br />If the above electrical requirements cannot be met in the venue, then the PURCHASER must provide, at <br />PURCHASER'S sole expense, generators that will deliver the specified electrical requirements including all <br />vendors and additional artists. <br />The generators must be delivered, set up and running BEFORE load in time. This MUST includes correct <br />earth grounding to NEC 2000 code and ample fuel to operate for the duration needed. <br />A certified generator technician must remain with the generator for the duration of it's use. <br />HOUSE MIX POSITION <br />The Artist's audio, house mix position requires a foot print of 12' x 8' centered in the main audience area and no further <br />than 100' from the edge of the stage. This does not include space required for vendors or additional artists. <br />Under no circumstances shall the mix position be placed under a balcony. Box Office Note; Please kill an <br />adequate number of seats behind FON positions. <br />Also, a 12x12 Tent Is Required for Outdoor Shows at the Front of House Mix Position <br />SPOTLIGHTS <br />2 (Two) matched 2kW Xenon followspots. (Strong Super Trouper II, Lycian 1290, or similar.) 2 (Two) <br />professional operators are to be present at least 30 (thirty) minutes before doors. <br />Clear Com must be provided to both spots and the lighting director location. <br />SOUND <br />Producer carries all consoles, monitors, mics, stands and cable necessary for Artist's performance. <br />PURCHASER to provide a high quality "Line Array" speaker system, powered and tuned to provide full range, <br />high volume, distortion free coverage, evenly throughout the ENTIRE listening area. An appropriate number of <br />sub speakers as determined by PRODUCER, shall also be provided. <br />All components shall be "in phase" and fully operational prior to Artist's load In. Processing shall be located <br />at the front of house mix position. <br />Producer to provide a House Audio Engineer with a working knowledge of the PA as well as the entire audio <br />system. The House Engineer must be present from Load In until Load Out. <br />One drum sub to be provided at the expense of the venue. <br />LIGHTING <br />Producer does not employ a Lighting Director. <br />PURCHASER shall provide a lighting director and necessary equipment to execute a reasonable <br />Interpretation of ARTIST'S attached lighting plot. <br />Joe Nichols 2014 One Off Rider. 14 Initialed All <br />
