This representative shall insure the production's <br />timely access to the venue (specific schedule to be set by the ARTIST'S Production Manager or PRODUCER <br />in conjunction with Buyer), ease of access for tour vehicles <br />and equipment and full and reasonable cooperation of building staff and management during the course of <br />the production day. PURCHASER agrees to provide first class staging, sound, and lights, at no expense to <br />ARTIST. If ARTIST is the Headliner for this concert, ARTIST reserves first right to setup equipment and sound <br />check. <br />Stage must be clear of any and all equipment and risers (unless backline Is being provided). ARTIST'S <br />equipment must not be moved after completion of sound check without approval of ARTIST'S Production <br />Manager. The following technical requirements, to be confirmed by telephone advance, are submitted: <br />LABOR <br />These labor requirements are a "bare minimum" request. These are made to insure a safe and uneventful <br />load -In and load -out. If some unusual situation for load -in and load -out exists, (i.e.: staircases, freight elevator, <br />ramps, long pushes) PURCHASER should advise ARTIST'S Production Manager prior to execution of this <br />rider. Final numbers regarding hands will be determined after the Production advance has been made. <br />On a typical day, tour requires 8 (eight) Professional (NO VOLUNTEER) Stagehands I Loaders. If Loaders are <br />separate from stagehands due tolocalIATSE regulations, the tour requires 8 (eight) Stagehands with Loaders <br />--numbers. pv.l�� <br />u�aw• forWad In and IVit.
