Joe Nichols - TOURING PIDER 2019 <br />RIDER UNDERSTANDING <br />Rider ("Rider") to agreement ("Contract Agreement") dated as of between <br />IMPOSSIBLE PRODUCTIONS, INC ("Producer") furnishing the services of JOE NICHOLS live performance <br />("Artist") and ("Purchaser"). <br />The provisions of this rider will be deemed incorporated in and a part of the contract agreement for the <br />performance ('Engagement") of the artist at <br />In the event of any inconsistencies between the provisions of this rider and the provisions of the contract <br />agreement, the provisions of this rider will control. The contract agreement as modified by this rider Is <br />referred to herein as the "Agreement." All terms and conditions herein were carefully calculated to enable <br />JOE NICHOLS/ IMPOSSIBLE PRODUCTIONS, INC and Purchaser to produce the best possible concert with <br />the least amount of difficulty or confusion. <br />CONSTRUCTION APPLICABLE LAW <br />A. If the CONTRACT AGREEMENT is returned with this RIDER unattached, unsigned oraltered-irrarty'--- <br />way,,and then at the PRODUCERS discretion this contract may be cancelled. <br />S. The agreement will not become binding upon PRODUCER until executed by an authorized agent of <br />PRODUCER. <br />C. The sections and subsection headings contained herein are solely for convenience and are of no <br />legal import. <br />PERMITS, LICENSES & CERTIFICATES <br />PURCHASER, at his/her sole cost, shall obtain all licenses, permits, certificates, <br />authorizations or other approval required to be obtained from any union, guild, public authority, performing <br />rights society or other entity properly having Jurisdiction over or with respect of the engagement and shall <br />comply with and fulfill all terms, conditions and covenants set forth therein.
