Discussion was held on looking into code changes to allow for long term lease <br />options. <br />Kady requested to be kept in the loop. on the Parking Lot Project moving forward and that she <br />would also give input on the Bowling Alley if the Board requested. <br />Shady Brook Update: Patti informed the Board that Fulcrum is on site for Asbestos testing and <br />that once the results are back, she will go out to bid for demolition. Patti informed the Board that <br />she had a call into John Sinclair for the possibility of burning the wood structures. A brief <br />discussion was held on pest abatement. <br />OTHER BUSINESS: Jail Budget -Patti informed the Board that the Jail needs new batteries for <br />the Battery Back up System in the amount of $4,000.00. which wasn't included in the budget. <br />Patti informed the Board that maintenance staff is testing the temperatures in the Clerk's Office <br />three times a day trying to determine if there is a problem and to stabilize the temperature specs. <br />Discussion was held on the heat and overall cleanliness of the upstairs and switching the upstairs <br />restrooms back to single sex. <br />Patti informed the Board that maintenance is now performing a wipe down mid-day for all major <br />contact areas, such as door handles and railings and that she is providing each office with a spray <br />bottle of disinfectant as a safety precaution. <br />A brief discussion was held on the Public Facilities Committee.
