03/25/2020 MINUTES 2 <br />The Board agreed to direct Staff to notify IT that the <br />Commissioner’s office will need 6 licenses for Webex to host <br />meetings, as it’s one license, per person who hosts a meeting. <br />Commissioner Wright said he would work with IT to look at what is <br />better to use Webex versus Zoom. The Board said their Staff would be <br />working from home and calling in to meetings via phone or video <br />conferencing.
