MARCH 23, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Candie Leader, Administrative <br />Supervisor (by phone). <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Candie Leader, Administrative Supervisor reviewed 5 Resolutions for <br />the Board to consider. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2020-062 GRIEVANCE COUNCIL 2 PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-062, <br />Ratifying the Director of Public Works Signature on Settling a Class <br />Action Grievance from Council 2. Commissioner Wright seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2020-063 DPW COMPLAINT POLICY PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-063, <br />Adopting a Complaint Handling Policy for the Department of Public <br />Works. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2020-064 WSDOT UTILITY MANUAL PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-064, <br />Affirming the Use of the Current Edition of the Washington State <br />Department of Transportation Utilities Manual, M 22-87.10 February <br />2019; As Kittitas County Department of Public Works Utility Design <br />and Construction Standard Pursuant to Kittitas County Code <br />12.13.010. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2020-065 PERSONNEL POLICY PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-065, <br />Affirming Kittitas County’s Adopted Personnel Policy and Procedures <br />Manual is the Adopted Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual for the <br />Department of Public Works. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0.
