Commissioner Wright <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. CONSENT AGENDA <br />Chairman Wachsmith announced that the Agenda Study Session had been <br />cancelled on Monday April 6, 2020 and therefore the Board would be <br />reviewing all items individually prior to making any motions.
