04/29/2020 MINUTES 2 At 10:27 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess into Executive Session for 30 minutes with Neil Caulkins, Chief Civil Deputy (via Webex); Greg Zempel, Prosecutor (via Webex); Ken Harper, Kittitas County Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorney (via Webex); and Chuck Boyd, Deputy Director- Risk & Claims for the Risk Pool (via Webex)to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency, due to COVID-19 and the Local Health Order. Potential action anticipated. At 10:57 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There was no action taken.
