04/22/2020 MINUTES 2 <br />Clay Myers, Sheriff updated the Board on State and Federal land use. <br />There are no significant issues from Law Enforcement currently. <br /> <br />There was discussion about the platforms used for Board meetings. <br />Jim Goeben, IT Director was asked to put together options for <br />platforms and associated costs for BOCC approval. <br /> <br />Stephanie Hartung, DPA III gave an educational update on OPMA and <br />changes due to COVID-19. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 10:43 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for 30 minutes with Dr. Mark Larson, Health <br />Officer; Stephanie Hartung, DPA III (via phone); Dan Carlson, CDS <br />Director (via phone); Neil Caulkins, Chief Civil Deputy (via phone); <br />Greg Zempel, Prosecutor (via phone); Mike Flory, Building Official <br />(via phone); and Tristen Lamb, Public Health Director (via phone) <br />to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters <br />relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal <br />counsel representing the agency litigation or potential litigation <br />to which the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an <br />official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public <br />knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse <br />legal or financial consequence to the agency . Due to COVID-19 and <br />the Local Health Order. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:13 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />At 11:14 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 15 minutes to discuss with legal <br />counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency.
