<br />By reviewing our guest register and through verbal interaction with guests, rae know
<br />that visitors come from outside of the state and internationally.
<br />Of these, 5% of our guests between January 'l and July 31,2019 have been
<br />international visitors. We have had vlsitors from Australia, Bra2l, Canada, China,
<br />Croatia, Germany, Hong Kong, lndonesia, Ireland, lsrael, ltaly, Japan, Mexico,
<br />Mongolia, the Netherlands, NewZealand, Saudi Arabia, Scotland, South Africa,
<br />Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and Zambla.
<br />Visitors from other US States have totaled 44% of those who signed the guestbook
<br />u/ere from 50+ miles away. These states \fiere Arkansas, California, Colorado,
<br />Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, ldaho, lndiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts,
<br />Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakoia, New
<br />Mexico, Nevada, NewYork, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode lsland,
<br />South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Te><as, LJtah, Virginia, Vermont,

<br />While our advertising is direcied toward the Seattle-Tacoma area market and
<br />Eastern Washington, along with Portland, Oregon, social media marketing is wider
<br />spread through organic posts and shares. By engaging those around the
<br />community, wrrd of mouth is spread about the museum making us a destination
<br />instead of an add-on. Through also participating in local events and activities,
<br />including having eiribits, u,e add a value to ongoing efforts and activities which
<br />might drawpeople into the Museum or add to their eryerience.
