Funding Shortfalls* Matching Funds Percentage Verification of ln-kind Contributions Budget Year 9l Project Budget Overview Please complete budgei for this project/proposal. lf your agency operates independently of this project application it may not be necessary to submit the entire agency budget. You must submit a budget which specifically pertains to the project/event for which you are requesting funding and adheres to the basic budget format shown below. The budget must include anticipated revenues, e>penditures, and any poiential profit or loss. For projects/events which are ongoing for more than one (1) year, please also submit actuals from the previous three (3) years of operations (need not be consecutive) for the project/proposal if applicable. For any claimed in-kind contributions valued at $500 or more and related to marketing/advertising, you must submit verifying documentation which assures the contribution will be provided. For instance, if you are claiming in-kind contributions in the form of advertislng match, a binding coniract itemilng the matching value and obligating each party must be provided. We will try to establish another organization beside our Kittitas County department to take over a loi of the planning for this event by determining specific tasks that they can oversee. By delegating tasks, and outsourcing design of ouI poster, registration, and program ue should be able to reduce our time committed io this event. We did see a significant inoease in our volunteer support, and being a second year with already established procedures \ e \nere able to reduce some of the time required to organize the event. Our relationship with our partner that oversee the RC race has been instrumental in helping to make this event successful and attainable. A RC Car racing committee has been established to help produce this event in 2020. We will conlinue to reach out to and netu,ork with other businesses to invite them to participate in our 2020 ChillA{e.
