We hope that people will continue to come from as far auey as Canada, Yorba Linda California, Maple Valley, Ephrata, Tacoma, Toppenish, and Monroe. ln 2019 our estimated attendance exceeded 2,500 people, and ue project that this event will continue to grow next year (2020) We conducted a survey during our 2019 event that was completed by 130 people which i,ras approximately 1/20th of the audience and registrants. We will market/promote this event in stages by uorking with a digital marketing company in order to customize our target audience and epand our reach. We will also be print, radio, print, and direct mailing promotional materials as i,tltall as registraiions to invite previous registered attendees. The survey uas given to 1/20th of the attendees so \ ne will present our evidence using that formula. Ofthe 130 people surveyed: 18 indicated that they traveled more than 50 miles auray so approximately 360 people. 27 people skipped ihe question, so approximately 540 people. 55 said that they did not travel more than 50 miles a\ ay, so 1100 people. 2500 character lin-it
