For the projections, <br />what are they based upon and how is that basis justified?) <br />Projected * <br />325 <br />2417 and 2018 Bird Fest overnight data was collected through an online survey <br />sent to all attendees and strategically extrapolated based on ticket sales address <br />data. <br />We had a low response to our online survey after the event in 2018. We believe <br />this is due to the fact that our event attendees are over 65 for the most part and <br />are not accustomed to completing online surveys. <br />Far 2020, we will ask the question about overnight stays on the regisiration <br />form so that ulre don't have to rely only on a survey after ihe fact. We will also <br />conduct in-person surveys during registration pick up (every event attendee is <br />required to come to the registration tent at Helen McCabe State park to pick up <br />their registration packets). <br />Registration data is attached from 20'1 8.
