EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />ln addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />To conduct pre-employment medical screening for employment for the Kittitas County <br />Sheriffs Office. The component parts of the medical screening are broken down in <br />Exhibit B. <br />Contractor will maintain appropriate security standards and practices with regard to <br />applicant medical records regardless of the form of the records, consistent with all <br />applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and administrative regulations, including <br />HIPAA standards and Business Associate Agreements, <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 0912412018) <br />Page 13 of 17
