13.03 This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement of the parties and supersedes and cancels all <br />previous written or oral communications between the parties referring to the subject matter of <br />this Agreement, <br />L3,o4 The headings of the sections and paragraphs of this Agreement are for convenience of reference <br />only and are not intended to restrict, affect or be of any weight in the interpretation or <br />construction ofthe provision ofsuch sections or paragraphs. <br />13'05 The performance of all or part of this Agreement by CFM shall not operate to vest any <br />employment rights whatsoever and shall not be deemed to guarantee any employment of CFM <br />or any employee of CFM or any sub-contractor or any employee of any sub-contractor by the <br />County at the present time or in the future. <br />13'06 lf any term or condition of this Agreement or the application thereof to any person(s) or <br />circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other terms, conditions or <br />applications which can be given effect without the invalid terms, conditions orapplication. To <br />this end, the terms and conditions of this Agreement are declared severable, <br />I3.o7 Waiver of any breach or condition of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of any prior <br />or subsequent breach.
